I could an email back saying there was an issue with my file and the data could not be processed ? How can I found the problem ?

Please contact us at kt-support@kartorobotics.com and we will look manually at the file. Often it's a simple format issue and our parser (rightfully) rejects all files that are not complete. As a first debug step you can always look at the XML specification and make sure everything is correct.
